From 25 to 27 July, the CSTO Joint Staff hosted a working meeting of the heads of defense communication management bodies of the CSTO member states.
On 13 July, Minsk hosted the 2nd meeting of the Coordination Council of authorized bodies of the CSTO member States on biological security issues. The Council meeting was attended by representatives of all CSTO member states.
The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Imangali Tasmagambetov took part in the 23 Plenary Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which was chaired by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on July 4, 2023, via videoconferencing.
On the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization I. Tasmagambetov will participate in the 23rd plenary meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states Council on July 4, 2023, which will be held via videoconferencing.

05.12.2019At the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, the Chair of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Alymbay Sultanov, Deputy Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, visited Bratislava at the 26th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.
He also participated in an informal meeting of the CSTO member states' foreign ministers held on the sidelines of the December 5 meeting, during which the ministers exchanged views on coordinating the positions of the CSTO member states on the agenda of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting. The Foreign Ministers adopted a joint Statement on the Formation of a Single and Indivisible Security Space. Other issues of mutual interest were discussed.
