From 25 to 27 July, the CSTO Joint Staff hosted a working meeting of the heads of defense communication management bodies of the CSTO member states.
On 13 July, Minsk hosted the 2nd meeting of the Coordination Council of authorized bodies of the CSTO member States on biological security issues. The Council meeting was attended by representatives of all CSTO member states.
The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Imangali Tasmagambetov took part in the 23 Plenary Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which was chaired by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on July 4, 2023, via videoconferencing.
On the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization I. Tasmagambetov will participate in the 23rd plenary meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states Council on July 4, 2023, which will be held via videoconferencing.

On November 16, 2022, the CSTO Secretary General Stanislav ZAS, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Secretary General ZHANG MING and the Chairman of the Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary Sergei LEBEDEV held a working meeting in Moscow.
In the course of the meeting, senior officials from three major regional organizations discussed prospects for cooperation on a wide range of issues. Particular attention was paid to practical steps in the priority areas of integration cooperation and the implementation of joint projects on international and regional security issues.
