On 21 May 2025, the CSTO member states held consultations by videoconferencing using the communications channels of the CSTO Crisis Response Centre under the chairmanship of the Russian Federation on the theme “On topical issues of arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation” (CADN), in which delegations of the CSTO member states, the CSTO Acting Deputy Secretary General Samat Ordabaev and members of the CSTO Secretariat took part.
Today in Minsk, Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff Colonel General Andrei Serdyukov took part in the events of the 12th International Exhibition of Armaments and Military Equipment “MILEX-2025” at the invitation of Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus.
On May 19, 2025 in Bishkek, under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side, a meeting of the Council of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly was held, during which the Secretary General of the Organization Imangali Tasmagambetov made a report on the theme: “On the implementation of decisions (November 2024) session of the CSTO SCS and measures taken to counter challenges and threats to collective security”.
On May 12, 2025, in Moscow, in the Red Banner Hall of the Frunze Central House of the Russian Army, a solemn event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the signing of the Collective Security Treaty (May 15, 1992) was held.

19.10.2022On October 18, 2022, the CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas, who is visiting the Republic of Tajikistan, met in Dushanbe with the country's Minister of Defense, Colonel General Sherali Mirzo.
They discussed in detail developments in the Central Asian region, including the situation on the Tajik-Afghan border. They also exchanged views on preparations for upcoming meetings of the CSTO statutory bodies and on the course of the “Rubezh-2022” joint training being held these days in the Republic of Tajikistan at the “Harbmaidon” training range.
