From 25 to 27 July, the CSTO Joint Staff hosted a working meeting of the heads of defense communication management bodies of the CSTO member states.
On 13 July, Minsk hosted the 2nd meeting of the Coordination Council of authorized bodies of the CSTO member States on biological security issues. The Council meeting was attended by representatives of all CSTO member states.
The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Imangali Tasmagambetov took part in the 23 Plenary Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which was chaired by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on July 4, 2023, via videoconferencing.
On the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization I. Tasmagambetov will participate in the 23rd plenary meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states Council on July 4, 2023, which will be held via videoconferencing.

On October 14, this year, in Astana, the CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas took part in a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The event was chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
A package of 18 documents was adopted as a result of the summit.
