On November 20, this year, in Astana, the CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov met with Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gizat Nurdauletov.
Imangali Tasmagambetov has informed the interlocutor about the work of the Organization during the presidency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular about the resolution on cooperation between the United Nations and the Collective Security Treaty Organization adopted during the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
The sides have discussed preparations for the session of the CSTO Collective Security Council, the joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the CSTO Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils in Astana on November 28.
