We are deeply saddened to learn of the inhuman terrorist attack that took place in the “Crocus City Hall” concert hall in the Moscow region. The tragedy resonates painfully in our hearts. As a result of the terrorist act, civilians were killed and innocent people were injured.
We strongly condemn this brutal, unjustifiable crime.
We are deeply saddened together with you.
