According to the press service of the Armenian Security Council, "A. Grigoryan congratulated I. Tasmagambetov on his appointment as the CSTO Secretary General. In the course of the meeting the parties discussed the situation in the CSTO area of responsibility.
Armen Grigoryan has presented the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The sides also touched upon the statement made by Azerbaijani President the day before, noting that it contradicted the statements made earlier in Prague and Sochi," the statement reads.
