The Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov received the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CSTO member states and the Secretary General of the Organization in Cholpon-Ata on June 30. The meeting was attended by the Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
On June 30, 2025, a regular meeting of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers was held in Cholpon-Ata (the Kyrgyz Republic) under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side, which was attended by the Organization's Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov.
Safar Umarzoda, Head of the Department for Countering Challenges and Threats of the CSTO Secretariat, took part in a special event (side-event) on "Countering Radicalization leading to terrorism and Extremism" organized by the Russian Federation on the margins of the OSCE Annual Conference on Security Review, where he reported on the measures taken by the CSTO on countering terrorism and extremism, and willingness to share the experience gained.
On June 19, 2025, in Bosteri, Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic, the XIX meeting of the Council of the Advisory Coordination Center of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on Computer Incident Response (CSTO CCC) was held, which was attended by delegations of representatives of national authorized bodies for responding to computer incidents of the CSTO member states.
On June 24-26, the second staff negotiations were held in the Kyrgyz Republic on the organization and conduct an operational meeting with the Command of the Collective Rapid Deployment Forces of the Central Asian Region (CAR CRDF) and a command and staff training with units of the CAR CRDF "Rubezh-2025", conducted as part of the joint operational and strategic training "Combat Brotherhood-2025".
Heads of military-medical services have discussed the medical support of the CSTO Troops (Collective Forces)

On April 19-21, 2023, in Minsk, a working meeting of representatives of medical services of defense agencies of the CSTO member states was held.
The participants of the working meeting paid particular attention to discussing common approaches to first aid and the formation of standards for first aid in the CSTO Troops (Collective Forces), taking into account the national legislations of the CSTO member states.
They have discussed the standardization of certain areas of medical support, the formation of a system of remote telemedicine consultations to provide assistance to medical specialists of the main (central) military-medical organizations of the CSTO member states.
An exchange of views took place on issues of medical support for joint (special) trainings held in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2022 and medical support for planned joint trainings with the CSTO Collective Forces this year.
At the end of the event, the heads of the military medical services outlined ways to improve and develop cooperation on medical support for the CSTO Troops (Collective Forces).
Presentations were made by Colonel Alexander Malyukh, Head of the Military Medical Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus; Colonel Yerzhan Smaiyl, Head of the Chief Military Medical Department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Amanbai Matisakov, Head of the Military Medical Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, Colonel of Medical Service; Oleg Kalachev, Head of the Department - Deputy Head of the Main Military Medical Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Major General of Medical Service, and Colonel Ivan Pchelnikov, Head of Medical Service of the CSTO Joint Staff.
Within the framework of the working meeting, at the invitation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Pinevich, the participants visited the exhibition of pharmaceutical industry samples and production workshops of the Republican Unitary Production Enterprise "Belmedpreparaty”.
