In accordance with the Plan for joint training of command bodies and formations of the forces and means of the CSTO collective security system for 2022, a set of measures was taken to improve the readiness of special forces formations that are part of the CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces (CSTO CRRF formations of special forces) for use as intended.
During the period from 2 to 5 August of this year, on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, tactical and special trainings with special units belonging to the CSTO CRRF formations of special forces under the code name "Cobalt-2022" were conducted in two stages.22».

I express my deep condolences to the families and friends of the fallen servicemen. The Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will take place in Yerevan on June 6, 2022.
As part of the agenda of the event, the CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas will inform participants about the situation in the Organization's area of responsibility, measures to counteract challenges and threats to collective security and ratification of international treaties concluded within the CSTO framework.
The meeting will be chaired by Vyacheslav Volodin, Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
