On July 4, 2025, a delegation of the CSTO Secretariat visited the Central Military-Patriotic Park of Culture and Recreation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation "Patriot".
The Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov received the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CSTO member states and the Secretary General of the Organization in Cholpon-Ata on June 30. The meeting was attended by the Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
On June 30, 2025, a regular meeting of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers was held in Cholpon-Ata (the Kyrgyz Republic) under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side, which was attended by the Organization's Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov.
The CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov made a working visit to the Republic of Tajikistan
On 24-27 January 2024, a delegation of the CSTO Secretariat headed by Valery Semerikov, the Deputy Secretary General of the Organization, made a working visit to the Republic of Tajikistan.
During his working trip, Valery Semerikov met and held talks with the First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Tajikistan Faizullozoda Sharaf Jabor, the Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government Rustam Nazarov, the Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces Saidzoda Jamshed Nurulo and a delegation from the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan. The meetings have discussed issues of cooperation within the CSTO.
Following consultations between the Secretariat delegation and representatives of the Working Group of the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan, draft documents related to the CSTO the CSTO Special Interstate Policy for strengthening sections of the Tajik-Afghan Border were finalized.
