On July 4, 2025, a delegation of the CSTO Secretariat visited the Central Military-Patriotic Park of Culture and Recreation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation "Patriot".
The Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov received the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CSTO member states and the Secretary General of the Organization in Cholpon-Ata on June 30. The meeting was attended by the Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
On June 30, 2025, a regular meeting of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers was held in Cholpon-Ata (the Kyrgyz Republic) under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side, which was attended by the Organization's Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov.
The Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation held regular CSTO Courses

From 1 to 23 April 2024, the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hosted the regular IX Training Courses of the CSTO member states for senior staff and leading specialists of defense departments, law enforcement agencies, security council apparatuses, security agencies and special services, as well as bodies authorized to prevent and eliminate emergency situations.
The training of representatives of the CSTO member states is organized in accordance with the Agreement on Military Personnel Training for the CSTO member states.
A course of lectures and practical trainings was held for students on politico-military issues, crisis response to contemporary challenges and threats, military cooperation in the CSTO format, as well as military strategy, military management and military economics. The classes were conducted by faculty members of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, staff of the CSTO Secretariat and servicemen of the CSTO Joint Staff.
On 23 April, at the summing up of the results of the CSTO Course, with the participation of Lieutenant General A.V. Sergeantov, the Deputy Head of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and S.M. Zaitsev, the Head of the Department of Military Security Problems of the CSTO Secretariat, the trainees received certificates of advanced training of the established standard.
The CSTO courses held on an annual basis significantly improve the knowledge of the senior staff and leading specialists of the state and military administration bodies of the CSTO member states and help to strengthen allied relations within the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
