On 28 May 2025 in Bishkek, Chairman of the CSTO Collective Security Council, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov received the participants of the meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Organization, held with the participation of CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov and Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff Colonel General Andrei Serdyukov.

On May 28, 2025, a regular meeting of the CSTO Council of Defense Ministers was held in Bishkek under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side. The event was attended by Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov and Colonel General Andrei Serdyukov, Chief of the Organization's Joint Staff.

Consultations of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of the CSTO member states were held in Yerevan 07.10.2022

On October 7, 2022 in Yerevan, under the chairmanship of the Armenian side, the consultations of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization member states were held with the participation of the delegations of the Secretariat and the Joint Staff headed by the CSTO Deputy Secretary General Samat Ordabaev.

In the course of the meeting, a package of documents consisting of 16 drafts on topical issues of political and military-technical cooperation among the member states of the Organization was discussed in detail. As a result of consultations, a number of drafts were finalized and agreed upon.

The event was an important step in preparation for the upcoming meetings of the CSTO statutory bodies, scheduled for November of this year.

Consultations were held in accordance with the Action Plan for the implementation of decisions of the September (2021) session of the CSTO Collective Security Council and the implementation of the priority activities of the Organization during the presidency of the Republic of Armenia.
