On March 25, 2025, in Moscow, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Tajikistan Sh.J.Faizullozoda, the meeting of representatives of the customer-coordinator and state national customers of the Policy, as well as interested ministries and departments of the CSTO member states and the Secretariat of the Organization on the implementation of the first phase of the Special Interstate Policy for strengthening sections of the Tajik-Afghan Border was held.

On February 18, 2025, in Moscow, in the office of the Executive Committee of the CIS a meeting of the CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov with the CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev was held.
The sides have discussed issues of interaction between the CSTO and the CIS working bodies and exchanged views on the situation in the Eurasian space.
Valery Semerikov, the CSTO Deputy Secretary General, and Sergei Burutin, the Chief of Staff of the CIS Secretary General, took part in the meeting.
