On 13 November 2023, the XVI meeting of the Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization's Consultative Coordination Centre for Responding to Computer Incidents (CSTO CCC) was held in Moscow, with the participation of leading experts and representatives of the national authorized bodies for Responding to Computer Incidents of the CSTO member states.

On 22 November 2023, in Minsk, a joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO was held. Representatives of the Republic of Armenia did not take part in the meeting.

In accordance with the Action Plan for the implementation of the decisions of the November 20-22 session of the CSTO CSC and the fulfilment of the priority areas of the Organization’s activities, two documents relevant to the stabilization of the situation in the South Caucasus have been developed so far under the chairmanship of the Republic of Belarus.

On October 4 this year, Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, Head of the CSTO Joint Staff, Takhir Khayruloyev, the CSTO Deputy Secretary General, and Almaz Djumakeev, Commander of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laid wreaths and flowers at the Eternal Flame Memorial in the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen's Park in Almaty. The ceremony was also attended by representatives of contingents of armed forces of the CSTO member states who came to participate in the trainings of the Collective Forces "Cooperation-2022", "Search-2022", "Echelon-2022". The anthem of Kazakhstan was played and a moment of silence was observed. The ceremony was followed by the ceremonial march of the guard of honor.

The delegation of servicemen of the CSTO member states visited the Museum of the National Military Patriotic Center, the head of which is the granddaughter of the legendary Major General Ivan Panfilov, Alua Baykadamova, where the officers got acquainted with the historical exhibits of the Almaty garrison.
