On 13 November 2023, the XVI meeting of the Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization's Consultative Coordination Centre for Responding to Computer Incidents (CSTO CCC) was held in Moscow, with the participation of leading experts and representatives of the national authorized bodies for Responding to Computer Incidents of the CSTO member states.

On 22 November 2023, in Minsk, a joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO was held. Representatives of the Republic of Armenia did not take part in the meeting.

In accordance with the Action Plan for the implementation of the decisions of the November 20-22 session of the CSTO CSC and the fulfilment of the priority areas of the Organization’s activities, two documents relevant to the stabilization of the situation in the South Caucasus have been developed so far under the chairmanship of the Republic of Belarus. 

CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov goes to the UN headquarters in New York to participate in the high-level counter-terrorism conference and to meet with the leadership of the UN Secretariat for peacekeeping

    From 26 to 30 June 2018, CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov, at the invitation of UN Deputy Secretary General Vladimir Voronkov, will pay a working visit to New York and take part in a high-level conference organized by the UN Secretary-General with the participation of the heads of counter-terrorism agencies of the UN member states.

  During his work in New York, Valery Semerikov will also hold business meetings with the UN Under-Secretary-General, the Head of the Counter-Terrorism Directorate, Vladimir Voronkov, and the Assistant UN Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations, Bint Keita.

   Relying on the positive results of the cooperation of the CSTO and the UN in the field of counter-terrorism and peacekeeping activities, the main efforts during Valery Semerikov’s visit to the UN headquarters will focus on discussing the main directions of further strengthening the interaction of international organizations in the fight against terrorism and on issues of joint practical implementation of the Roadmap “Formation of conditions for the use of the CSTO peacekeeping potential in the interests of the UN’s global peacekeeping activities (on The period 2018-2020.) ".

   In addition, during the visit, it is planned to further discuss and coordinate with the relevant officials of the UN Secretariat a draft Memorandum of Understanding between the CSTO Secretariat and the UN Counter-Terrorism Office created in October 2017.
