A working meeting chaired by Lieutenant General Anatoly Yakovlev, Head of the CSTO Troop Deployment Planning Department (Collective Forces), was held with the participation of representatives of the defense ministries of the Republic of Belarus (via videoconferencing), the Russian Federation, and the CSTO Joint Staff.
On 5 March 2026, a working meeting was held at the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization between CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Masadykov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation Yuri Seliverstov.
On 4 March, Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic Adilet Orozbekov presented certificates of advanced training in the field of “Information Security of Automated Systems” to civil servants.
The Protocol amending the Agreement on Cooperation of the CSTO Member States in the Field of Transportation of Military and Other Formations, Their Movable Property, as well as Military Products, and the Protocol amending the Agreement on the Status of Formations of Forces and Means of the CSTO Collective Security System, signed during the session of the CSTO Collective Security Council in Astana on 28 November 2024, have entered into force.
The Academy of Management of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted a ceremonial graduation of representatives of senior staff of law enforcement agencies and services of the CSTO member states

On April 25, 2025 in the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia took place a solemn graduation of representatives of the senior staff of law enforcement agencies and services of the CSTO member states: the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, who improved their qualification in the form of specialized training on the topic “Training of personnel and leading specialists for law enforcement agencies and services of the CSTO member states”.
The training was attended by representatives of the CSTO Secretariat - the CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov and the Deputy Head of Department of the CSTO Secretariat Sergei Gonchar. As part of the training, the Academy's teaching staff, with the participation of representatives of the CSTO Secretariat, practiced algorithms for the work of leaders in special operations. During the practical training, the trainees visited the CSTO Crisis Response Center.
In addition, a sightseeing tour of the Academy was conducted for foreign students, a visit to the exhibition “Journey through Russia” and the Military-Patriotic Park of Culture and Recreation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation “Patriot” was organized.
Presenting the training certificates, the Head of the Academy, Lieutenant General of Police Sergei Sinenko and Deputy Head of the CSTO Secretariat Sergei Gonchar congratulated the trainees on successful completion of the training and wished them success in their service activities.
