On March 25, 2025, in Moscow, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Tajikistan Sh.J.Faizullozoda, the meeting of representatives of the customer-coordinator and state national customers of the Policy, as well as interested ministries and departments of the CSTO member states and the Secretariat of the Organization on the implementation of the first phase of the Special Interstate Policy for strengthening sections of the Tajik-Afghan Border was held.

On February 13, 2025, in Bishkek, the CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov met with the Chairman of the Collective Security Council, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov.
They have discussed in detail topical issues of international relations and the situation in the CSTO area of responsibility in the context of the tasks of ensuring collective security.
The CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov informed about the current activities of the Organization aimed at ensuring peace and stability in the member states of the Organization and noted that all events in the format of the Organization in 2025 were held under the motto “80 years of the Great Victory!”.
The Chairman of the Collective Security Council, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov approved the Action Plan for the implementation of decisions of the November (2024) session of the CSTO Collective Security Council and the fulfillment of priority areas of the CSTO activities during the Kyrgyz Republic's chairmanship.
