In Aktau, at the monument “Eternal Light” the relay race of memory of “We are the heritors of the Great Victory!” passed dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The relay torch was first lit in the city of Almaty. The battle flag of the Panfilov’s division was delivered to Aktau and transferred to the military unit 6656 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the time of the event, they commemorated the soldiers who lost their lives on the battlefields.
