On November 3, 2026, the 4th Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security was held in Minsk. The event was attended by President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Masadykov, CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev, SCO Secretary General Nurlan Yermekbayev, OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu, representatives of the leadership of the foreign ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and a number of other states.
On October 30, 2026, the results of the “Channel-Caspian Lighthouse” subregional anti-drug operation were summed up as part of the implementation of the 2026 Plan of Key Activities of the Coordinating Council of Heads of Competent Drug Control Authorities of CSTO Member States (CCHCDCA).
From October 18 to 23 this year, in accordance with the 2026 Plan for the Joint Training of Command and Control Bodies and Formations of Forces and Assets of the Collective Security System of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the “Cobalt-2026” special exercise was held at the Magob training range of the Special Purpose Units Training Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Development of cooperation with military-industrial complex enterprises will be discussed at the meeting of the Business Council at the CSTO Interstate Commission for Military-Economic Cooperation in Yerevan

A meeting of the Business Council of the Interstate Commission for Military-Economic Cooperation of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will be held in Yerevan on April 1, this year. The event will be held as part of the business program of the 3rd International Exhibition of Defense Technologies "ArmHighTech-2022", chaired by Alexander Nozdrachev.
David Sahakyan, the Acting Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia and the Head of the Armenian National Part of the Interstate Commission for Military-Economic Cooperation, and Valery Semerikov, the CSTO Deputy Secretary General, will address the meeting.
The meeting, together with the heads and members of the national parts of the Business Council will be attended by members of the Board of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation on military-economic (technical) cooperation in the CSTO format, led by Mikhail Osyko, Chairman of the Board, member of the Board of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation, and Vladimir Drozhzhov, the Deputy Director of the Federal Service of Military-Technical Cooperation.
At the meeting the issue of using the production capacities of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Republic of Armenia will be considered, promising directions of development of cooperation with the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the CSTO member States will be reviewed. It is also planned to discuss further increase the level of military-economic cooperation, development of cooperation and integration ties of enterprises and organizations of the defense industries of the CSTO member States.
