Consultations on the development of military cooperation between the Organization's member states were held at the CSTO Joint Staff
On November 19-21, in Moscow, at the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, consultations on the draft Plan for the Development of Military Cooperation of the CSTO Member States for 2021-2025 were held .
Given the importance of the document, delegations from the defense establishments of the CSTO member states at the level of chiefs of the main operational departments of the general staffs of the armed forces of the member states and the Secretariat of the Organization were invited to participate in consultations by the CSTO Joint Staff.
During the meeting, chaired by Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, the Head of the CSTO Joint Staff, issues of developing military cooperation between the CSTO member states for the medium term were discussed.
“Active work during the consultations once again confirmed the importance of the document being developed,” said Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, commenting on the outcome of the event. “We discussed a wide range of issues, reviewed and agreed on the content of the draft Plan for the Development of Military Cooperation of the CSTO Member States for 2021-2025.” The Head of the CSTO Joint Staff also noted that the joint work was constructive and fruitful.
