On July 15, 2026, the High-Level Regional Meeting “Enhancing Capacities to Prevent the Supply of Weapons to Terrorists in Central Asia” was held in Moscow, organized by the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism with the participation of the Russian side.

From July 7 to 9, second staff talks were held in the Russian Federation on the organization and conduct of the CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces (CRRF) command-and-staff exercise “Interaction-2026”, the special reconnaissance exercise “Poisk-2026”, and the logistics support exercise “Echelon-2026”.
The XII meeting of the Council of the CSTO Consultative Coordination Center for Computer Incident Response was held
09.12.2021On December 9, 2021, in Moscow, the CSTO Secretariat hosted the XII meeting of the Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Consultative Coordination Center for Computer Incident Response (CSTO CCC), which was attended by the delegations of representatives of the relevant national authorized bodies.
At the meeting, the CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov noted the need to increase efforts to ensure cyber security and improve cooperation among the CSTO member States in this regard.
The report of the Chairman of the Council on the activities of the CSTO CCC in 2021 presents the dynamics of joint measures taken to respond to computer incidents as an important component of ensuring the security of the information space of the CSTO member States.
Members of the CSTO CCC Council have discussed current issues related to the results of the past technical training on computer security of the CSTO contact points and the planned technical training on computer security. Delegates shared their positive experience in protecting national critical information infrastructure from cyber threats, information on computer incidents in the information space of the CSTO member States, and information and analytical materials provided by the national contact points.
At the meeting the order of the CSTO Secretary General S. Zas was presented on recognition of the most distinguished employees of authorized competent bodies of the CSTO member States on the results of coordinated activities of the CSTO CCC.
