On January 9, this year, under the chairmanship of the Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian Federation Andrey Shvedov, the first in 2020 meeting of the Permanent Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization was held, in which Stanislav ZAS, who took office as the CSTO Secretary General, took part.
Draft political statements on a number of pressing international security issues were considered.
