20.05.2021On the basis of the CSTO Crisis Response Center, in the videoconference mode, the first headquarters negotiations were held on the preparation and conduct of the Cobalt-2021 tactical-special trainings with the command and control bodies and special forces of the CSTO CRRF.
The negotiations were attended by representatives of the command and control bodies and formations of the special forces of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the CSTO Secretariat.
In the course of the first headquarters negotiations, the fundamentals of the concept, the place and procedure for the trainings, the composition of the leadership of the trainings and the intermediary apparatus, the national contingents of the CSTO member states involved in the trainings, the timing and procedure for their arrival (departure) in the trainings area, the procedure for deployment and the composition of the Operational Headquarters of the CSTO CRRF special forces for conducting an independent special operation, issues of accommodation, food and comprehensive support for the trainings were considered and agreed.
