On 3-5 June, the Republic of Belarus hosted the second staff talks on the organization and conduct of the joint trainings with the CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces (CRRF) “Interaction-2025”, special trainings with intelligence forces and means “Search-2025” and logistics “Echelon-2025” conducted as part of the joint operational-strategic training “Combat Brotherhood-2025”.

On 28 May 2025 in Bishkek, Chairman of the CSTO Collective Security Council, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov received the participants of the meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Organization, held with the participation of CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov and Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff Colonel General Andrei Serdyukov.
On May 28, 2025, a regular meeting of the CSTO Council of Defense Ministers was held in Bishkek under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz side. The event was attended by Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov and Colonel General Andrei Serdyukov, Chief of the Organization's Joint Staff.
The CSTO Deputy Secretary General had a meeting with the Director of the African Union Counter-Terrorism Center
On 27 May 2025, the CSTO Secretariat hosted a working meeting between Valery Semerikov, the CSTO Deputy Secretary General, and Idris Lallali, Director of the African Union Counter-Terrorism Centre.
During the meeting, the CSTO Deputy Secretary General briefed the representative of the African Union on the main directions of the CSTO's activities and practical measures carried out in the Organization's format to combat terrorism, counter drug trafficking, illegal migration and documents regulating these activities.
For his part, the Director of the African Union Counter-Terrorism Center showed great interest in the practices conducted in the CSTO format and shared the African Union's experience in countering challenges and threats to security on the African continent.
The meeting participants expressed great interest in cooperation and interaction between the working bodies of the two organizations and agreed to develop partnerships on issues of mutual interest.
