On February 12, 2025, in Bishkek, the CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov met with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic Marat Imankulov.
The sides have exchanged views on a wide range of topics touching upon the problems of joint counteraction to challenges and threats. In particular, they emphasized the importance of comprehensive work to combat terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking, and crimes in the information environment.
The interlocutors also discussed preparations for the upcoming events planned in the CSTO under the Chairmanship of the Kyrgyz Republic.
