On October 31, 2025, in Astana, the CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov met with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
A thorough exchange of views was held on issues related to the situation in the CSTO area of responsibility and a number of adjacent regions in the context of ensuring collective security.
Imangali Tasmagambetov has informed Kassym-Jomart Tokayev about the preparations for the meetings of the Organization's statutory bodies and the session of the Collective Security Council, which will be held on November 27 this year in Bishkek.
