On September 4 this year, a round table entitled “CSTO–SCO: Security Space” was held as part of the business program of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. CSTO Secretariat representative Igor Panarin took part in the event.
On September 4, 2026, consultations on “Coordinating the positions of CSTO member states on the agenda of the UN General Assembly” were held in Moscow in accordance with the Plan of Consultations of Representatives of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Member States on Foreign Policy, Security and Defense for 2025–2027.

On October 18, 2022, in Dushanbe, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with the Collective Security Treaty Organization Secretary General Stanislav Zas, who is visiting the Republic of Tajikistan.
The sides have discussed the situation in the Central Asian region and the situation on the Tajik-Afghan border. Stanislav Zas informed Emomali Rahmon about preparations for the upcoming session of the Collective Security Council in November this year in the Republic of Armenia, as well as fulfillment of a number of individual instructions of the Collective Security Council.
