The CSTO Permanent Council adopted a Statement condemning the terrorist attack in Kabul on September 5, 2022

On September 7, this year, a meeting of the Permanent Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization was held under the chairmanship of Victor Biyagov, the Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the CSTO.

A Statement condemning the terrorist attack in Kabul on September 5, 2022 was adopted. In the Statement the Permanent Council expresses its deep condolences for the deaths of two members of the Russian Embassy as well as Afghan civilians and hopes for a thorough and prompt investigation that will identify and punish all those responsible and involved in the planning and execution of this inhumane act.
