On 4 March, Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic Adilet Orozbekov presented certificates of advanced training in the field of “Information Security of Automated Systems” to civil servants.

On 13 February, a traditional meeting was held in Moscow between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and the chairs of the parliamentary committees (commissions) of the CSTO member states responsible for international relations, defense and security. CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Masadykov and ambassadors of the Organization’s member states also took part in the event.
The participants summarized the results of multifaceted cooperation within the CSTO framework and discussed priority areas of activity during Russia’s chairmanship of the Organization in 2026, with a focus on further strengthening inter-parliamentary ties and foreign policy coordination. The meeting participants exchanged views on key issues of the international and regional agenda.
Awards of the Collective Security Treaty Organization were presented to employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, and ministerial awards were also presented to representatives of the Secretariat of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
