The CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas expressed his condolences to the Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov in connection with the tragic death of Kyrgyz citizens in a car crash in Russia


Dear Sadyr Nurgozhoevich,


On behalf of the CSTO Secretariat and on my own behalf, I express our sincere condolences in connection with the tragic death of 14 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in a car crash that occurred in the Ulyanovsk region of the Russian Federation on August 21, 2022.

We deeply grieve and share with the brotherly Kyrgyz people the sorrow of great losses and express our solidarity with the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with the day of national mourning announced today.

We wish a speedy recovery to the survivors of the accident and endurance and fortitude to the families and friends of the victims.
