On May 18, CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Masadykov, together with the heads of the diplomatic missions of the CSTO member states in Vienna, took part in a solemn wreath and flower-laying ceremony at the monument to the Soviet Liberator Soldier at Schwarzenbergplatz.

20.12.2021On December 21-23, the Collective Security Treaty Organization Secretary General Stanislav Zas will visit the Republic of Armenia to meet with the highest political and defense establishments of the country and discuss the situation in the CSTO area of responsibility.
During the visit, he is scheduled to meet with the Chairman of the CSTO Collective Security Council, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. The CSTO Secretary General will submit for his approval the draft action plan for the implementation of the decisions of the September (2021) session of the CSTO Collective Security Council and the implementation of the CSTO priority activities during the Republic of Armenia's presidency.
Stanislav Zas is also expected to hold talks with the Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, the Defense Minister Suren Papikyan and the Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.
