On August 14, 2023, the CSTO Secretary General I. Tasmagambetov together with the Defense Minister of the Republic of Belarus V. Khrenin, the Defense Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan R. Zhaksylykov and the Defense Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic B. Bekbolotov took part in the opening ceremony of the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2023" held at the “Patriot” Congress and Exhibition Centre, Kubinka town.
