On May 18, CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Masadykov, together with the heads of the diplomatic missions of the CSTO member states in Vienna, took part in a solemn wreath and flower-laying ceremony at the monument to the Soviet Liberator Soldier at Schwarzenbergplatz.
CSTO Secretary General and CSTO PA Responsible Secretary hold a working meeting

On January 19, 2026, a working meeting was held between CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Masadykov and Responsible Secretary of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Sergey Pospelov.
Particular attention was given to the organization of the fifth meeting of chairpersons of committees (commissions) of the parliaments of CSTO member states responsible for international relations, defense, and security. The meeting is scheduled to take place in February of this year in Moscow.
The discussion also covered issues related to the implementation of the priorities of Russia’s CSTO chairmanship in 2026, prospects for further cooperation, and measures to strengthen interaction between the CSTO Secretariat and the Secretariat of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
