02.03.2020The experts of the CSTO Secretariat at the Vienna International Center are taking part in the 63rd session of the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs, which is held here from March 2 to 6.
At the forum, on the initiative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with the assistance of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the CSTO Secretariat launched a photo exhibition and organized a presentation reflecting the progress and results of anti-drug activities within the Organization since 2017.
Information is also provided on training for anti-drug services in the basic educational institutions of the CSTO member states - the All-Russian Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. (Decisions to give this high status were made by the heads of the CSTO member states at the session of the Collective Security Council on June 23, 2006 Minsk and Moscow on December 23, 2014)
