Today, the active phase of the joint exercise with the Collective Rapid Deployment Forces of the Central Asian Region (CRDF CAR) “Frontier-2026” concluded on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the “Conduct of combat operations” stage, two main training objectives are being practiced: the occupation by the national contingents of the CRDF CAR of the area of responsibility and the destruction of illegal armed formations that have invaded the territory of a CSTO member state.

Treatment of severely ill patients with COVID-19 coronavirus was the spotlight of attention upon meeting of military medics. The meeting of CSTO defense department representatives took place in video-conference mode.
The main military experts in the field of epidemiology, infectious diseases and resuscitation were among the participants. Experts from Russia, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus shared their experience in pandemic conditions. They agreed to maintain contacts and jointly fight the coronavirus, TV Channel “Russia-24” reports.
