Bordyuzha N.N. born October 20, 1949 in the city of Oryol.

Higher education. In 1972 he graduated from the Perm Higher Command Engineering School. In 1999 - Higher Diplomatic Courses at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

In 1992-1994 Bordyuzha N.N. served as deputy commander of the Frontier Forces of the Russian Federation; 1994-1998 - Deputy, Director of the Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation; in 1998-1999 - Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation - Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation; in 1999 - Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation.

In 1999-2003 - Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Denmark.

April 28, 2003 at the session of the Collective Security Council appointed CSTO Secretary General.

By decision of the CSC dated June 23, 2006 in Minsk, N. Bordyuzha was appointed Secretary General of the CSTO for another three-year term.

In accordance with the Decision of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO, adopted at the extraordinary session of the CSC on February 4, 2009 in Moscow, N.N. Bordyuzha. appointed CSTO Secretary General for another three-year term.

By decision of the CSC dated December 19, 2012 in Moscow, N. Bordyuzha was appointed Secretary General of the CSTO for another three-year term.

Bordyuzha N.N. Awarded the Order of Courage, the Order of Friendship and the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, IV degree.
