Today, the active phase of the joint training with the CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces (CRRF) "Interaction-2025", special trainings "Search-2025" and "Echelon-2025" has been completed in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
In the Republic of Belarus, at the “Lepelsky” training ground, as part of a special training with the forces and intelligence assets of the CSTO member states, “Search–2025”, intelligence agencies continue to perform tasks in designated areas.
On September 5, in St. Petersburg, at the headquarters of the Organization's Parliamentary Assembly, a working meeting of Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Collective Security Treaty Organization countries with representatives of the parliaments of the CSTO member states took place.
The press service of the ministry reports that the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, has been elected chairman of the CSTO Emergency Coordination Council.
"The Head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, was elected chairman of the CSTO Emergency Coordination Council ... The meeting of the CSTO Emergency Committee was held in Kyrgyzstan... The CSTO chairmanship passes annually from state to state in alphabetical order: this year Kyrgyzstan holds the presidency, next year Russia," the message says.
Kurenkov suggested focusing on three priority areas of joint work: the exchange of experience and advanced technologies, professional development of employees, and the development of practical skills for interaction in emergency response.
