The 12th Southern Information Security Forum “Infoforum Sochi 2026” is taking place in Sochi, Russia, from June 30 to July 3. On July 1, the Forum's plenary session brought together representatives of federal and regional authorities, regulatory bodies, leading companies, and international organizations to discuss current challenges in the protection of critical infrastructure, the development of artificial intelligence, and international cooperation.
On June 30 – July 1, 2026, Saint Petersburg hosted a series of events chaired by Alexander Kurenkov, Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, with the participation of heads of the competent authorities of the CSTO member states responsible for emergency prevention and response.

January 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the International Press Center of the MIA “Russia Today” (Presidential Hall), a briefing will be held by the Chief of the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, with video connections to sites in Bishkek, Yerevan and Minsk.
Theme of the briefing: "The results of the joint training of the governing bodies and the formation of forces and means of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of the Collective Security Treaty Organization for 2019 and the tasks for 2020." During the briefing, the Head of the CSTO Joint Staff will summarize the main results of the development of the military component of the Collective Security Treaty Organization last year, talk about the threats that the collective forces are preparing to confront, and about the tasks that Russia’s CSTO presidency faces collective forces.
